I think I have figured out Monday's blog post. You see, I am blogging on different themes for each day of the week. I don't have Friday and Saturday yet.

Now for today's post, something to bring your busy day to a close, and you can do this with your family.
Breathing, did you know that there is a correct way to breathe? Breathing is a way of life, something we often do on autopilot. Did you know breathing properly can increase energy to the body and oxygen to the brain, and thereby make us more energetic and alert during the day? Proper breathing enriches our blood, relieves tension and stress -- we are overall more happy beings when we inhale, exhale, and release the tension.
Make it happen, make this day better than yesterday.
