Shipping and Delivery
All products are shipped from Texas in the United States of America.
Orders are completed in 1-3 business days.
Credit/Debit cards and PayPal accepted.
Shipping Rates
United States: Starts at $2 and $0.25 for additional item.
Packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please be sure to let me know if your order is for a gift; you can do so by clicking on the Add Note to Seller link in your shopping cart or by emailing me. Thank you.
Shipping Methods:
Any one of the following shipping options will be used for shipping. The best and most cost effective method will be chosen depending on the number of items ordered. Shipping can be calculated at checkout.
USPS First Class (Domestic orders)
USPS Priority Mail
International shipping available. Please be advised that you may be subjected to a customs fee and or a postal fee from your local customs and local Postal service, these fees are separate from Hannah's. Shipping is $10.95 flat rate.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
Allow 2-5 Business days for delivery within the United States.
Shipping and delivery can be longer because of holidays and or customs
regulations in the destination country.
Refunds and Exchanges
A great amount of care and thought goes into displaying and describing photos accurately as well as in the shipping process of every product to ensure that it reaches you in excellent condition just as it was sent. Contact me within 7 days, including weekends, from the date of receipt of your order. In this case the shipping fees become the responsibility of the customer, and only the cost of
the returned item(s) will be refunded.
To help provide you with the best possible service please provide:
Your first and last name,
Customer id number,
Order number,
Order date and date received,
Billing and shipping information,
Details about your item (including product code, product name, size, color, and the quantity(ies) you wish to return).
Please state the reason(s) for wanting to return the product(s). Thank you.
Items must be returned in original condition. Save a copy of the packing slip for your records and include the original with your return order. Once received the cost of the item will be refunded. Sorry, I thought it wise to not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on earrings due to matters of hygiene.
